An experienced family law practitioner who has successfully settled and litigated cases involving all aspects of family law including custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution and relocation issues, Mr. Sturgeon was nominated for New Jersey Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2013. He has also been honored to serve as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Program Panelist.
Mr. Sturgeon holds his Juris Doctorate in Law from St. Thomas University School of Law and he earned a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration, conferred by St. Thomas University Graduate School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
While attending law school, Mr. Sturgeon was a member of the International Moot Court team, the Entertainment and Sports Law Association and the Big Sib/Little Sib mentoring program. Mr. Sturgeon is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
