Ms. Dugan graduated from Rutgers University in 2008 and magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2011. After graduating from law school, Ms. Dugan completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza, J.S.C. (retired) of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Part in Monmouth County. As a law clerk Ms. Dugan had the opportunity to become familiar with various matrimonial issues, including, child support, custody, alimony, and domestic violence.
Ms. Dugan then served as a law clerk in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. Her time at the Prosecutor’s Office gave Ms. Dugan the opportunity to argue motions, municipal appeals, and post-conviction relief applications on behalf of the State in the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Part. It also enabled Ms. Dugan to develop her legal writing skills by drafting briefs for motions, municipal appeals, post-conviction relief applications, and appeals.
Ms. Dugan is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pending admission in New York. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
